“An amazing experience made my selling and buying experience very easy and stress-free, helped us sell our house in six hours and buy the one we wanted within two weeks. Highly recommended.”

“Sunny is a very knowledgeable Realtor® who understands the buyer needs and works with you to ensure it is meeting your expectations. He is very patient, have shown me multiple homes before I decide to buy one.”

“John was a fantastic Realtor® to work with throughout the home-buying process. He was extremely communicative and took the time to explain the reasoning behind various home-buying decisions. I would highly recommend him as a Realtor® and plan to use him for any future home purchases in the area.”

“John was a great Realtor® for us. We were first-time Home Buyers and John made us feel comfortable with all that was going on. John was able to get us in the house we wanted and was quick to respond to all questions we had. He always had a positive attitude and was energetic throughout the process. Would definitely use again.”

“Chris was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He was very patient and diligent while we looked at over 20 homes until I found the one that I would love. He was with me every step of the way and was always there when I called. Very excellent service and would recommend him to anyone. He relieved all of the stress I had about owning my first home and I couldn't be more thankful.”

“Our agent Cherie Davis was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We especially appreciated her confidence in pricing the house, we had some questions about the house inspector’s report, she came over our house personally explained what our responsibilities were. She kept us informed and followed up with prompt response to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Cherie Davis to friends and family.”

“John Terebey helped us purchase our first home. We are new to NJ, and therefore were exploring a few different neighborhoods. John is very knowledgeable and he patiently showed us several homes and familiarized us with some neighborhoods new to us while we decided what worked best for us. John is incredibly easy to work with and really passionate about his job which shows through. He was extremely quick to respond to our questions throughout the process and while we took several months house-hunting since we were not in any rush, John never pushed us to make a decision. Definitely a great person to work with not just for first time home buyers but especially so.”

“I never write reviews but knew that I had to write one after my experience with Cherie as my Realtor®. Cherie answered all of my questions and if she didn’t know the answer, she got the answer for me. Cherie’s response time when I called or texted her about a property was immediate. Additionally, she helped me navigate to locate contractors in the area for estimates for a few upgrades I wanted to do to my new home. I feel that with her by our side every step of the way, we got the best deal possible and I trusted her completely. She is extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to purchase in. I won’t reach out to anyone but Cherie when I buy additional properties. My experience buying my new home was not stressful because Cherie was by my side the entire way. I've even texted her after I moved into my new home with questions about the neighborhood and she still replies. I absolutely recommend her as your Realtor®.”

“We feel that John is all you need to purchase your perfect home. For first-time home buyers like us, John takes in the requirements through initial dialogue and gets us to multiple open houses as well as pre-scheduled house visits to further refine what he needs to search for us. He figured out what we were looking for in under ten home visits and in about a month we had identified the property we were slowly zeroing in on. All along John was patient and understanding enough to explain the pros and cons of each of the properties as well as what is the core set of features or must-haves that we should be looking for. To support the process, he has an entire team of people that can assist with the various stages of home buying right from home inspectors, attorneys, and mortgage providers. He was open enough for us to work with anyone of our own choice but often times we found his team could have done a better job. The association with John has extended much after the purchase as he continues to help us with the home improvement recommendations and networking with various groups that could help the process.”

“Highly Recommend Tim! Working with Tim has been an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, he has been on top of his game, demonstrating perseverance, creativity, and dedication throughout our home-buying journey. There were moments when I felt like giving up on the search, but Tim never did, he consistently explored new approaches and thought outside the box to help us find the perfect home. Beyond his expertise in real estate, Tim goes above and beyond for his clients. During our home staging, he even brought his team to help move things, making the process so much easier for us. His knowledge of the market is exceptional, and he took personal interest in every step, from hosting open houses to engaging directly with potential buyers. If you are looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and truly helpful realtor who cares about your success, I highly recommend Tim. His commitment and personal touch make all the difference!”

“I cannot recommend John enough! Throughout the entire process, his patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly remarkable. He took the time to understand exactly what my wife and I were looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. No matter how many questions I had or how many homes we visited, John remained patient, supportive, and always had my best interests at heart. His deep knowledge of the market, expert negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to finding the perfect home. If you want a realtor who genuinely cares, listens, and will be by your side every step of the way, John is the one to call!”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Tim Crew as first-time homebuyers during Spring-Summer 2024. From the moment we began the process, Tim was patient, responsive, understanding, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain every step in detail and answered all of our numerous questions. He guided us through the low inventory, very competitive market in the Princeton region and showed us about 10 different homes. He gave us a lot of valuable advice, but never pressured us into making decisions. Thanks to Tim, we found our first home, and we are very thankful for all his support though this process. We would definitely recommend him to anybody searching for a new home!”

“Tim is an exceptional realtor who made the entire home-selling process seamless. He is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any questions or concerns. Tim’s expertise shines through in his clear, step-by-step plans, ensuring no detail is overlooked. His in-depth knowledge of the market was invaluable, and the free staging he provided made the house look outstanding, enhancing its presentation. I highly recommend Tim for anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and ease.”

“My husband and I worked with Tim Crew from September-December of 2024 to find and purchase our “forever” home in Lawrenceville this year. At every stage of the process Tim was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. We visited at least a dozen homes with Tim, and he took the time with each one to understand our requirements and preferences. Finally, he coached us through a very competitive bidding process involving 7 competing offers to help us secure our home. I have already recommended Tim to friends and I will continue to do so. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and informed of current and upcoming listings. He has great working relationships with other local agents, which greatly helps the process. We have worked with other agents in other states, and Tim is by far the best we have worked with.”

“John helped my wife and I purchase our first home. John was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process. He was always available to talk when we had questions and concerns and went out of his way to make the buying process as smooth and easy as possible. I couldn't recommend John enough if you are looking to purchase a home.”

“John Terebey is exactly who I needed at the time I needed him. I suddenly became the executor of an estate. I have this large, dated house in need of repair to sell and no experience in doing so. Now, John. The house had deferred maintenance just about everywhere. I needed landscapers, carpenters, painters, carpeting and more, but most of all, what to do, how much, and when. John not only laid out the plan, but has “his guys”, local contractors in all the trades, to do the work. But first John suggested we remove all personal items we want to keep, other items we want to donate, remaining items to have an estate sale, followed by “his guy” to remove all that remained and get the house “broom clean” for sale. During the time this was taking place John’s landscapers came over and did an amazing job cleaning up the property. Then, the painter, carpenter, and carpet installer came and did their work. Now we had our first open house. Within hours we had 3 full-asking-price offers. John ranked them for us, and we accepted the best one. Now comes another tricky part, the Buyer’s home inspection, the Township’s CO inspection and the closing. Tricky, but with John’s help we worked through it to a happy closing! John has obviously done this, a lot! There are some intangibles that are very important to me. John is a very easy person to work with. He has an answer to all my questions and when he didn’t (rare) he’d let me know and then find the answer. He took responsibility, guiding the process. I never felt anxious or out of control. I was most impressed by his response time, which for texting was usually a couple of minutes, helping me on the spot or suggesting a better time. I knew I needed more than someone to just “sell the house”, that’s not the relationship I needed. Yes, the house sold in a day but that is due to the work and diligence John, along with the family, put into the process. John’s true value comes with all the items I’ve mentioned. He more than earned his pay even before that first showing. Finally, yes, I would recommend him and use him again. Google limits me to five stars but I give seven.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Tim Crew as both my selling and buying agent, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process. Tim isn’t just a great realtor—he’s a true people person who knows how to connect with others and get results. He understands exactly how to sell a house, and his deep knowledge of the Mercer and Middlesex County areas makes him invaluable. If you need someone who knows the local market inside and out, Tim is the person to call. Tim put so much time and care into every step, from preparing the house for sale and managing all the details, to setting up the CO for me. He was there to walk me through every decision, offering honest advice and helping me see all the angles, both as a seller and buyer. His dedication, expertise, and genuine approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you want someone who will work tirelessly to sell your house quickly and efficiently, or help you find your next perfect home, Tim Crew is the one you can trust. I can’t recommend him highly enough.”

“Working with Tim Crew, was a pleasure! His deep knowledge of the local market guided us through every step of the buying process. Tim provided clear explanations and maintained constant communication. He was truthful, answered all our questions, and gave us his opinions backed by reliable statistics. When we were out of town, he did a walk through for us and addressed concerns with the construction company. We highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.”

“As first-time homebuyers, the entire process felt intimidating because no one really teaches you how it works. Thankfully, that's where Tim came in. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through each phase with meticulous detail, from educating us on different neighborhoods to preparing us for every possible outcome during closing. Tim was always available—day or night, sick or on vacation—it didn’t matter. He would always pick up the phone to answer any question we had. He made us feel like we were his top priority, even though we definitely weren’t his most expensive client. We cannot recommend Tim enough! Moving forward, we can’t imagine working with anyone else for future deals. Thank you Tim, 10/10, 5 stars all around!”

“Tim is probably the very BEST realtor I have had the privilege of being associated. His warmth, personality, knowledge of the market place, professionalism and customer centric approach is indeed amazing. Tim helped me buy my first condo / apartment and his uncanny ability to EXACTLY understand my requirement, tailor make my offer and advise me on how best to structure the financing was invaluable. I plan buying more rental properties ONLY thru' Tim and have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and colleagues - one of whom has already contacted Tim and is in total agreement with me in terms of Tims' professionalism, ethics and knowledge of the market place. We wish Tim the VERY BEST.”

“Highly recommend working with Ted Fragulis! As first-time home buyers moving to a new state, my husband and I had no idea what to expect—but Ted made the entire process seamless and stress-free. When we saw our dream home go back on the market, he got us in for a showing within 48 hours, and before the new open house was even scheduled! Ted was incredibly responsive and connected us with all the right people, from lawyers to inspectors to mortgage lenders. Even after we moved in, he was always there to answer questions and offer guidance. We truly couldn’t have done this without him. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, Ted is the one.”

“John and team were instrumental in helping us find our new house. Even more than that, their expertise, guidance, and network helped us turn that house into a home with recommendations and referrals that we still lean on them for. A great business, but even greater people.”

“I'm excited to share the tremendous experience we had working with John Terebey and his relocation team. I was referred to John by a friend and setup a meeting with him. He came to our home and reviewed how his team works the strategies/methods they follow and gave us a deep dive into the real estate market in Mercer county. Once we decided to move forward we worked with John and his team to get our house ready to sell. We got assistance on how to unclutter our home and stage it in the best way possible. We setup each room to ensure high quality photos and videos. They also took exceptional drone footage that highlighted our property and surrounding area. We relied on John to determine when to list the house and what to set the asking price at. When the time came to put our house on the market the process went like this. We listed our house on a Wednesday. We had 2 days of open house on Saturday and Sunday. There were plenty of visitors each day over the weekend. John informed all of the realtors to have best and final offers in by Tuesday at noon. On Wednesday we met with John to find we had 10 offers at or over asking price. We chose a buyer and sold our home for 50K over asking. John was always reachable during the entire process. He recommended a lawyer for us to use for closing and put us in touch with a repairman to fix 2 minor issues. We could not be happier with working with John and his team. Selling our home was a huge event for us. Thanks to John and team we nailed it!”

“We were barely considering a move from New York to New Jersey when our friends highly recommended TRT and introduced us to Tim Crew. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea where to start, we didn’t understand the process, costs, timing, or even the area. It felt overwhelming, but from the moment we met Tim, we knew we were in great hands. Over six months, he patiently guided us through every step. He gave us a thorough tour of the area, showed us 15+ properties, and even visited some on our behalf, sending detailed videos. We had a tough schedule and driving to Jersey every other weekend was rough but Tim always made sure our time was well spent, with several houses lined up for us. He answered every question about neighborhoods, schools, homeownership, and more, always thoroughly and promptly. It was clear he genuinely had our best interests at heart, and his support gave us confidence even in a tough market. When we finally found our home and had our offer accepted, Tim was ready with top-notch recommendations for inspectors, lawyers, and lenders. While he encouraged us to do our research and choose whoever we felt comfortable with, we trusted his advice—and we’re so glad we did. The entire process was seamless, we closed on time, and every professional we worked with was excellent. We can’t recommend TRT and Tim Crew enough to anyone looking to buy, sell, or relocate to the area!”

“John and his team are consummate professionals in real estate. With such a saturated industry it's hard to find real talented, hard working realtors but John, Tim and the rest of their crew are top notch. Always a pleasure to work with them.”

“TIM CREW AND THE ENTIRE TEREBEY RELOCATION TEAM!!! Not sure where to start. Their knowledge, patience and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress free. They go above and beyond to ensure that every detail is handled with care and compassion, making for a potentially overwhelming experience feel completely effortless. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU AND RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A CALL FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS!”

“As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Ted from the Terebey Relocation Team with Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach. From the very beginning, Ted demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise that made the entire process smooth and less daunting. I was referred to TRT by a family friend, and it was one of the best recommendations I've received. Ted's approach was tailored to my situation as a first-time buyer. He took the time to walk me through each step of the home-buying process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout. His patience and willingness to explain complex aspects of real estate transactions were invaluable, making me feel as though I was an experienced buyer rather than a novice. One of Ted's greatest strengths was his ability to understand and meet my specific situation. He worked diligently to find homes that matched my criteria, demonstrating a keen understanding of the local market and my personal preferences. His dedication to finding the right property for me was evident in every showing and discussion we had. Throughout the process, Ted provided me with all the necessary tools and resources. Whether it was connecting me with trusted mortgage professionals, recommending home inspectors, or offering advice on negotiations, Ted ensured I had everything I needed to make informed decisions. I genuinely appreciate the support and guidance the Terebey Relocation Team provided throughout my home-buying journey. Their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction made a significant difference in my experience. I have already recommended them to friends and family who are considering buying a home, especially first-time buyers. Thanks to Ted, I now feel confident in my new home and the process that brought me here.”

“Ted proved to be an indispensable asset for us in the sale of our home. From our initial meetings we could see that his experience, thought process and energy would lead to our maximizing the value of our home. Dealing with all the 'hiccups' one would expect in a transaction of such a large asset (as well as some no one would expect), he communicated clearly and acted accordingly. Further, on multiple occasions, he was ahead of the matter and addressed the potential issues in advance. He remained in communication virtually 24/7, seeing this thru to the end, including past closing (his follow up is amazing). I have NO DOUBT he would be a valuable asset to anyone he assists and HIGHLY recommend him!”

“I couldn't be more thrilled with the my home Tim helped me find! His knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and commitment to understanding my needs made the process smooth and enjoyable. Tim was always responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect place. I highly recommend Tim and Terebey team to anyone looking for their dream home!”

“John and his team were amazing! After years of casually looking and chatting to John about the market, when the time came for me to purchase my first home I knew exactly who to call. He helped me purchase my home in Barnegat (which I have since renovated to truly make my own!) and I couldn't be happier. From his sound advice as to how to finance the home, to the way he was always available to answer any questions I might have, I can't thank him enough. Thank you John! Thanks, Julia”

“We consider Tim Crew a part of our family, especially after helping 3 of us find new homes. From our initial conversations and throughout the entire process, Tim was professional, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. He always made me feel as though I was his priority, by consistently responding quickly to texts/emails/calls. At each step in the process, Tim’s level of service was outstanding. He was always respectful, kind and incredibly patient. His capacity to stay composed and put my mind at ease, regardless of the circumstance, was admirable. He is one of the most diligent and hard-working individuals I know. He is resourceful and clearly makes what could be a stressful time in your life one that is quite enjoyable. We are all so very grateful for Tim and all he has done for our family.”

“Tim and Alan were the extremely helpful and lead me through buying my first property all the way through. Even answered phone calls and text messages after hours. I highly recommend this team! They are knowledgeable, have an access to a vast market and are very patient and polite. As a closing gift they even paid for my cleaning crew to clean the house after the previous owner. If you are looking for realtor, look no further. They are the best team out there!”

“It was a great experience working with Tim. He was very helpful and forthcoming from day 1 of our house search. He is extremely hardworking and smart realtor who helped us at every stage of buying the house. He was always available to answer our queries and worked tirelessly to get all parties to get onboarded. I would recommend Tim to all potential buyers as he is thorough with his job and guides throughout the process.”

“John & Team were incredible to work with. I decided to move out of the country and had to quickly determine if I wanted to sell or rent my house. John was so helpful from the jump - providing guidance on both scenarios, offering to help or connect me as needed. I ended up selling my house with John & his team. They were able to quickly get my house listed, maneuver around any problem that arose, and helped me close my house 7 days before I left the country. Every aspect of this process was professional, well-communicated, fully supported, and I couldn't be happier with having worked with this team.”

“John Terebey was our agent on the sale of our home in December 2022. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time so, the fact that I am doing at this late date speaks to the well deserved recognition that John deserves. First of all, John is an amazing person and actually fun to work with. He is responsible, courteous and really knows the market. Every piece of advice he gave us was spot on. He has a great sense of humor which is really a blessing in stressful time, which selling a house definitely is. He went above and beyond many times. For example, he brought his team to our house one morning to help move furniture for the staging. He put us in contact with a painter who charged a reasonable price for painting the entire house. He arranged for a slather to provide some thoughts before the open house. John was always there with us every step of the way, even when some issues arose with the buyer. Our house sold after one three hour open house and we received significantly above asking price. If you want the best real estate agent around, you want John Terebey on your side, guiding you. We are so fortunate that he represented us.”

“We were super happy with the Terebey Relocation Team. John was very attentive to our needs and concerns. John did a great job walking with us during a fairly stressful attorney review and home inspection process. He and his team were very easy to work with. They were quick to respond and very professional in all ways. The marketing materials, open house, dealings with the Buyer and Buyer's realtor were well done. We appreciated the process, research, and explanation John put in to helping us arrive at a selling price. He was pretty spot on. I have already recommended John Terebey to several neighbors and highly recommend him and his team for any realty work you need.”

“My husband and I relocated from Pittsburgh to New Jersey, and we had a great experience working with Tim. He was proactive, responsive, transparent and always made time for us to look at properties in our short visits. We haven’t had great experiences buying/selling before, but with Tim we never doubted that he had our best interests in mind. We would absolutely work with Tim again!”

“We used Tim Crew and his team’s services to buy our new home in Newtown, PA and he was outstanding. We were very fortunate to have found Tim because he is someone who takes his job as a service and not as a business transaction. He always answered every call or message no matter what time of day or night it was. We viewed a lot of properties over several months with Tim in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area and every time we viewed a new property Tim would educate us on the area, the neighborhood and comment on the quality of construction, inform us about the trends in the market in those neighborhoods. He was extremely patient with us and cautioned about making unreasonable offers. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected. He worked with us every step of the way in the home buying process. Tim took upon himself the responsibility to communicate and work closely with the seller’s agent, our home inspector, lender, attorney, building contractor quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Close to our closing date we encountered a very unusual nerve wrecking situation with our loan process. Tim was extremely calm, immediately got on top of things took pressure off us and made home buying an enjoyable experience. We now consider Tim a friend and would always recommend Tim and his team (shout-out to Brielle Harris and Alon Shneider), to anyone looking to purchase a home. If the time ever comes when we will be looking for a new home, there isn’t any question on whom we will seeking help from. Thank you Tim.”

His expertise helped to take us from placing an Offer to a quick Closing within a month. His commitment towards his work is quite impressive and his response time when contacted always surprises me. He led us from the front in the entire process; my Lender and Attorney too loved to collaborate and work with him. He always provided us with a perfect solution when we were stuck or in confusion. He referred us to his awesome network of professional friends who helped us with best possible quotes for Home Insurance, Auto Insurance along with awesome services of an Attorney and Home Inspection.
